Nathan Sims began his successful real estate career in 1989 in Cardiff, California. For a brief period, he specialized in the North County area. Before long he had established clients in other neighborhoods of San Diego, from Ramona to Chula Vista to Oceanside. Thus his business broadened to represent the entire San Diego area. In 2001 Nathan opened his own company, California Realty & Funding, which includes mortgage lending in addition to real estate. The company grew and was incorporated in 2004.
